Slow cooker BBQ Beef Short Ribs

This is soooo good and easy!!!
Note: I did not use the Kraft BBQ Sauce, instead I mixed some ketchup, little brown sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, and a little hot pepper sherry.
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice, and a cooked vegetable.
Prep time: 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 lb. beef short ribs
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup Kraft original BBQ Sauce (see note)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Place ribs in slow cooker; top with onions. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over ingredients in slow cooker. Cover with lid.
Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours (or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours) Remove ribs from slow cooker; cover to keep warm.
Skim excess fat from sauce; return ribs to sauce. Stir gently until evenly coated.
