Cocoa Fudge Cake

Ingredients

• 1 2/3 cup flour
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2/3 cups cocoa
• 1 1/2 tsps baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cups sour milk
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour 2 round layer pans or 1 bundt pan. Measure all ingredients into a mixer and blend 1/2 min on low speed, scraping bowl constantly. Beat 3 minutes on high, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pans.
Bake for 30-35 minutes for the round and 40minutes for the bundt pan.
Cool and frost.
