Ingredients
- 1 Cup plus 2 Tbsp Self Rising Flour
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 Eggs, separated
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Mix Flour and sugar. Add 1/2 of the milk and mix well. Combine egg yolks with the remaining milk and mix in with the flour and sugar mixture, until smooth. Add melted butter and mix.
Beat egg whites till peaks appear. Gently fold into batter.
Add Vanilla and stir gently.
Cook in your waffle iron.
Top with your choice of toppings!
