PINEAPPLE DESSERT*****

  • 2 1/2 c. graham wafer crumbs (save 1/4 c. to put on top)
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 3/4 c. icing sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 pint whip cream
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple

Preparation

Step 1

Melt first margarine and add to crumbs and place in an 8" square pan.

Bake 350 F for 10-15 minutes - watch that it does not burn. Cool.

Cream butter, icing sugar and eggs. Beat well and spread ontop of the crust.

Whip the whipping cream until nice and firm. Add crushed pineapple that has been well drained. Spread over first two mixtures and sprinkle with crumbs.

Chill. Cut into squares.
