Ingredients
- 2-4 lbs spareribs, cut into 4-rib pieces
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3/4 cup water
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbs vinegar
- 2 tbs orange juice
- 2 tbs soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Add ribs to cooker and them combine all other ingredients in a mixing bowl,mixing well.
2. Pour the sauce mix over top ribs. Secure the lid and cook on high for 10 min.
3. Let pressure release naturally for 10 min before quick release.
4. Serve as appetizer or with rice
