Appetizer: Buffalo Chicken Dip

Another Buffalo dip which is good but a little more time consuming

Ingredients

  • 1 Rotisserie chicken shredded with the skin removed
  • 12 oz. bottle of Hot Bufalo Wing Sauce "Louisiana"
  • 1 bottle blue cheese dressing or ranch or half and half
  • 1 8oz. cream cheese
  • chopped celery
  • 1 8oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine softened crem cheese, wing sauce, and blue cheese.

2. Put shredded chicken in a 9x13 pyrex and pour cream cheese mixture on top. Then sprinkle with celery and cheddar cheese.

3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

4. Serve with toastidos and veggies.
