CORN FRITTER BREAD

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 cup bread flour
  • 3 tablespoon dry milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup drained canned corn
  • 2 tablespoon dried chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your
machine's manufacturer. Process on the appropriate cycle.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf
