Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • Betty Crocker wild blueberry muffin mix
  • Streusel
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cold butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare muffin batter as directed on Betty Crocker package; yet do not fold in blueberries. Spread half the batter in greased 8x8x2 square pan. Sprinkle with half the streusel mixture. Spread remaining batter in pan. Top with drained blueberries and remaining streusel mixture.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cut in squares. serve warm.
