Cake Mix Lemon Cookies

• 1 box lemon cake mix
• 1 or 2 eggs
• 2 c cool whip
• 1 teaspoon lemon extract
• 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration

Preparation

Step 1

Pour cake mix in bowl. Stir in eggs, cool whip, & lemon extract until well blended. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough in a bowl of confectioners' sugar Roll around til lightly covered. Once sugared, put on greased cookie sheet. Bake 6 to 9 min. at 350 degree oven. The bottoms will be light brown, & insides chewy.
Can use Orange cake mix and orange extract etc...experiment :)
