Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 lb chicken livers, thawed and rinse, and cut to bite-size
- Brown sugar
- Toothpicks
Preparation
Step 1
Cut livers into medium-size chunks. Cut bacon slices in half. Roll a half slice of bacon around one piece of liver and put a toothpick through the bacon and liver. Continue process. Place these on cookie sheets (one with edges or the grease will drip off the pan). Cook in 350 to 400 degrees over until bacon is crispy. May have to drain grease from pan into container during the cooking process. Place livers in crock pot and sprinkle with brown sugar.
