Ingredients
- crust-2 cups oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- praline layer-1 cup pecan pieces
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- cream cheese layer-2 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese soft
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- ganache-4 squares semisweet choc
- 1/3 cup whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
crust-mix together and press in 9 in springform pan-sprinkle pecans over crust-praline layer-place butter, br.sugar in pan and cook over medium till mixture comes to a boil-boil 2 to 4 min till thick stirring constantly. pour over pecans and cool slightly-cover and freeze 3 hours till set.
cream cheese layer-beat chhese, p sugar, and brown sugar till light and fluffy and spread over praline layer and refrigerate till chilled
ganache-melt choc with cream in pan on low till choc is melted stirring frequently-remove and cool completely and spread over cr chese layer and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
