Elaine's Babyback Ribs

I will send along my prep for those baby back ribs but I cooked them according to their thickness and the amount of meat. The ones I purchased were quite meaty considering they were baby backs. Here goes:

That's it and they were so juicy and tender . . . nearly fell off the bone as I like them. I once read where you can make ribs ready for the grill by pre-baking them in the oven and just placing on the grill the last 15 minutes
of the cooking process so that you get that smoked flavor and applying the sauce. I've done this with chicken and it works wonderfully but have not tried it on the ribs. So, you are at your own discretion here.
