Ingredients
- 2/3 cup light Brown Sugar, packed
- 2/3 cup granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Paprika
- 1/4 cup Seasoned Salt (like Lawry's)
- 1/4 cup Smoked Salt (commercial or see below)
- 1/4 cup onion salt
- 1/4 cup celery salt
- 2 T. Black Pepper
- 2 T. pure Chili Powder (not a blend)
- 2 tsp. Mustard Powder
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground Allspice
- 1/2 tsp. ground Cayenne Pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in small bowl and whisk to mix.
Transfer to jar, cover, store away from light and heat.
