Ingredients

  • 6

    or so potatoes

  • milk

  • 7

    hard boiled eggs

  • 1

    stick of butter

  • dash of salt & pepper

  • 1

    tsp season salt (or to your liking)

Directions

Peel potatoes. Dice then boil till almost soft. Not to soft because they will continue to cook in milk. Drain then put into large pot. Pour milk to cover potatoes. Peel and cut eggs into slices and add to milk and potatoes. Add butter, salt, season salt and pepper. Cook till warm. You can thicken broth with corn starch if you like.
