Ingredients
- 2 lbs. stew meat
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small bay leaf
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 cups water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 medium potatoes, cut up
- 6 carrots, quartered (we use baby carrots)
- 1 beef bullion cube
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a dutch oven except 1 c. water and four. Cover and cook for several hours until meat is cooked through and tender. Stir when needed.
Mix flour and water, stir into the stew, until it thickens to taste.
