Hamburger Barbecue

This recipe can be cut in half. Freezes well.

Ingredients

  • 10 lb. Ground Beef
  • 5 Onions, chopped
  • 2 1/2 Cups Ketchup
  • 10 Tbs. Brown Sugar
  • 10 Tbs. Vinegar
  • 10 tsp. Mustard
  • 5 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in a roasting pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir several times. Serve on hamburger buns. This freezes well.
