Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups crabmeat, drained, flaked
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp horseradish, cream style
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/16 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds toasted

Step 1

Mash cream cheese with crabmeat. Mix in onion, milk, horseradish, salt and pepper. Spread in 9 in pie plate.
Sprinkle with almonds. Bake in 375 degree F oven for about 15min until heated through. Keep hot on hot serving tray. Serve with crackers, chips or raw veggies. Makes 2 cups.
Note: 7 1/2 (213g) can of crab yeilds the above. However a 5 oz (142g) can is sufficient.
