Ingredients

  • 2

    pounds (32 ounces) frozen meatballs

  • 1/2

    onion, diced

  • 3/4

    cup water

  • 2/3

    cup light brown sugar

  • 1

    cup ketchup

  • 2

    tablespoons vinegar

  • 2

    teaspoons lemon juice

  • 2

    tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

Add all ingredients to cooker, secure lid and set on high for 5 min. Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before quick releasing the pressure. Serve as an appetizer or over rice for main dish.
