Pressure Cooker Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Quick and simple but most importantly great tasting Sweet and Sour Meatballs.
- 2 pounds (32 ounces) frozen meatballs
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3/4 cup water
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 15mins
Add all ingredients to cooker, secure lid and set on high for 5 min.
Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before quick releasing the pressure.
Serve as an appetizer or over rice for main dish.
