Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain no-fat yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger or 1 tsp. dried ginger
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
- 4 skinless, boneless 4 oz. chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2" cubes
- 2 tbsp. lime juice, divided
Preparation
Step 1
In a shallow dish, mix yogurt, garlic, ginger, curry, sugar, salt and cayenne. Coat chicken in marinade. Cover dish and refrigerate 15 mins. Heat barbecue to medium. Skewer the chicken. Throw out marinade. Place chicken on grill and sprinkle with lime juice. Cook on each side, approximately 6 mins. per side.
