Cold dish

Ingredients

• First step:
• 2 cups crushed pretzels
• 1 cup butter
• Second step:
• 1 - oz cream cheese ( soft )
• 1 - 9 oz cool whip
• 1 - cup sugar
• Third step:
• 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Final step:
• 1/2 cup crushed pretzels or less

Preparation

Step 1

First step:
Mix well and press to bottom of long pan. Bake 12 minutes on 350 degrees

Second step:
Mix and spread over cool pretzel crust

Third step:
Mix and spread on top of cream cheese/ cool whip layer

Last step
Refrigerate - better prepared a day before

Sprinkle crushed pretzels on top when ready to serve
