Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/4 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 jar (12 oz) Campbell's Slow Roast chicken Gravy
- 1 cup regular long-grain rick, prepared according to package directions (about 3 cups)
Preparation
Step 1
Spread the mustard on the chicken. coat the chicken with the stuffing. Place the chicken onto a baking sheet. Drizzle with the oil.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Heat the gravy in a saucepan over medium high heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
Serve the gravy with the chicken and rice.
