Ingredients
- 3/4 c. soft butter
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 t. baking soda
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. ginger
- 1/2 t. cloves
- 1/4 c. salt
- granulated sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter, brown sugar, egg and molasses until light and fluffy.
Sift and add dry ingredients. Mix well.
Chill.
Roll in 1-inch balls and roll in granulated sugar.
Bake at 375 oven for 8-10 min. on greased cookie sheet.
