Ingredients
- 1 9" pie shell
- 1 can peach pie filling
- 1 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 C brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Blend sour cream, brown sugar, salt & egg yolks.
Pour over peach filling
Bake 425° for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 350° and bake 45 minutes longer. Chill before serving.
