Basil Pesto

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of packed fresh basil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 3/4 cup parm/reggano cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. toast pine nuts on stove until brown

2. chop basil, garlic, cheese, pine nuts in food processor

3. slowly add oil until incorporated
