Ingredients
- 8 oz. white chocolate
- 2 lbs cream cheese (room temp)
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 T. flour
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1/2 t. almond extract
- 2 T. cream
- 4 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175 to melt white chocolate. After melted, preheat oven to 350.
Put crust on bottom and sides of pan.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and flour. Add eggs, 2 at a time, until smooth. Scrape bowl. add vanilla and almond. Mix. Scrape. Add cream. Mix. Scrape. Add White Chocolate. Pour batter into pan.
Put cheesecake in oven, in baking pan with 1 inch of water. Bake 1 hour.
Cool in water bath 1 hour.
Cool out of water 1 hour.
Cool overnight in fridge
