    oz. white chocolate

  • 2

    lbs cream cheese (room temp)

  • 1 1/4

    c. sugar

  • 2

    T. flour

  • 2

    t. vanilla

  • 1/2

    t. almond extract

  • 2

    T. cream

  • 4

    eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 175 to melt white chocolate. After melted, preheat oven to 350. Put crust on bottom and sides of pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar and flour. Add eggs, 2 at a time, until smooth. Scrape bowl. add vanilla and almond. Mix. Scrape. Add cream. Mix. Scrape. Add White Chocolate. Pour batter into pan. Put cheesecake in oven, in baking pan with 1 inch of water. Bake 1 hour. Cool in water bath 1 hour. Cool out of water 1 hour. Cool overnight in fridge
