PORK BURGERS
Recipe from Canadian Living Magazine.. great way to use ground pork instead of beef.

Ingredients
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustrad
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp each dried sage and dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 4 oz Gruyere cheese
- 1 pound lean ground pork
Preparation
Step 1
Combine onions, mustard, garlic, sage, rosemary and salt and pepper. Mix into 4 patties - they will be big but they do shrink. Barbeque turning once only. Cook till 160 degrees in centre. Top with cheese. Put on grilled buns.
