Rolled Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cream of tarter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. soft butter
  • 1/3 c. shortening
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Refrigerate one hour (or longer), then roll and cut in whatever shapes you want. Bake in 425 degree oven.
