Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 1 3/4 c granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbs milk or cream

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter & sugar first
then add egg
combine flor & soda and add to butter
mix well & chill
can make batter day ahead and chill overnight
make sure it gets stiff
as you are making cookies, keep remaining batter in fridge
Bake 350 for 8-10 min
