Ingredients
- For swirl:
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 c. Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 can cream cheese frosting
- 1 pkg. white chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. Bailey's Irish Cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat 0ven to 350 degrees. Prepare jelly roll pan (about 15x10x1") Mix cake mix with eggs, Irish cream, and oil. Set aside 1/2 cup prepared cake batter for swirl. Pour cake batter into prepared pan. In small bowl, blend all swirl ingredients. Drop large spoonfuls of this mixture over cake batter (but not too close to edge.) Swirl with fork to make marble effect. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Makes about 36 bars.
