Ingredients
- 2 small boxes lemon jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- crushed nuts for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve jello in water and add pie filling and pineapple in juice. Pour in a 9 x 11 pan and chill until set.
Cover with combined cream cheese, sour cream and sugar. Sprinkle with nuts and serve on a lettuce leaf with crackers on the side.
