Succotash

Ingredients

  • 2 cups lima beans
  • 2 large ears of corn cut from cob or
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • Pepper
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup minced country ham (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook lima beans according to package directions. drain and set aside

2. In large skillet heat butter over medium high heat add corn. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 2 min. Add lima beans. Season and cook 1 minute more.

3. Add cream and ham. Cook just until heated through.
