Ingredients

  • Optional Toppings:
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp semisweet chocolate chips
  • Coffee or vanilla ice cream
  • Caramel or hot fudge ice cream topping

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine sugar, flour, cocoa and salt in a small bowl. Whisk the egg, oil, milk and vanilla in another bowl. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Stir in chocolate chips.

2. Transfer to a 14-oz. microwave-safe mug coated with cooking spray. Microwave, uncovered on high for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 mins. or until top appears dry. Cool for 1 min. Serve with toppings of your choice.
