Ingredients
- 2 well-beaten eggs
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 cups sliced rhubarb
- 9 " pie pastry plus extra for strips
Preparation
Step 1
Combine eggs, sugar, flour, salt and milk. Add rhubarb and pour into pie crust. Cover with pastry strips in a lattice pattern. Bake at 420° F for 15 min and then 375° F for 30-45 min longer with cookie sheet under pan to catch drips.
