Ingredients
- 4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. sesame seed oil
- 2 tsp. peeled and grated fresh ginger
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pepper flakes, olive oil, ginger and garlic in a shallow container. Add meat; cover and marinade 30 minutes. If marinating longer, place in refrigerator until ready to cook.
Remove meat from marinade, discarding marinade. Cook as desired.
Easily doubled. This marinade is great on fresh tuna, red snapper fillets or shrimp. Also good on pork ribs and boneless chicken breasts.
