Ingredients
- Icing:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 package German chocolate
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 st. margarine
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 cup buttermilk or 1/2 cup milk and tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 tablespoon cocoa
- 6 tablespoon sweet milk
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 can coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
To 2 cups of flour add 2 cups of sugar.
In separate pan melt and add to flour and sugar: German choc, water, and st. marg.
To flour and sugar add: soda, buttermilk/milk and vinegar, vanilla, eggs, pinch of salt.
Pour in long pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Begin icing 10 minutes before cake is done.
Cook 1 stick margarine, cocoa, and sweet milk to a boil.
Add powdered sugar, pecans, coconut, and vanilla.
Pour on hot cake in pan.
