Step 1
Place 5 c cubed angle food cake in a 2 qt serving bowl, combine 1 c prepared vanilla pudding and 3/4 c whipped toppping and spoon over cake. Top with 3 c mixed fresh berries of preference and another 1/4 c whipped topping. Garnish with lemon peel.
