Crumbly-Topped Rhubarb

Ingredients

  • Topping (and base)
  • 18 T. butter or margarine
  • 18 T. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. quick-cook rolled oats
  • 6 c. cut rhubarb
  • 2 T. flour
  • 2 t. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 . t. salt
  • 2 T. water

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350

Cream butter with flour, brown sugar; stir in oats. Put half on the base of a 13x9x2 GREASED baking dish.
Combine other ingredients, put on top of the base.
Sprinkle remaining topping over rhubarb.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
