Directions

Heat oven to 350 Cream butter with flour, brown sugar; stir in oats. Put half on the base of a 13x9x2 GREASED baking dish. Combine other ingredients, put on top of the base. Sprinkle remaining topping over rhubarb. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
