Ingredients
- For Marinade:
- Buttermilk
- Hot Sauce (to taste)
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- For Coating:
- 1 tsp ground oregano
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground sage
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsps salt
- 2 tbls paprika
- 2 tbls Accent (msg-based seasoning)
Preparation
Step 1
Marinade the chicken overnight in buttermilk, hot sauce and garlic.
Combine flour and seasonings.
