• 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened with sour cream or mayo
• 2 oz. caviar

Preparation

Step 1

Layer in 9" pie plate
Garnish with thin lemon slices
Spread on melba rounds or crackers
