Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup drained canned beets
  • 1/2 orange, peeled
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen pitted cherries
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water for 20 min.
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice
  • 1 cup ice
