Ingredients
- 4 6-oz boneless chicken breasts
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- Canola Oil
- Barbeque Sauce

Step 1
Cut 4 6oz boneless chicken breasts into 1 in pieces; season with salt and pepper. Dip in 1 cup buttermilk, then in 1 cup flour. In batches, fry the chicken in 1/2 in canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes per side; drain and season with salt. Serve with barbecue sauce for dipping and corn on the cob.
