French Dip

Ingredients

  • tri tip roast
  • Kavender seasoning (or any Greek seasoning)
  • salt/pepper/garlic salt
  • onion
  • Lawry's au jus gravy mix packet
  • French rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Put meat in crock pot. Sprinkle generously with all seasonings. Lay sliced onions on top. Mix gravy mix until smooth and pour on top of meat. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Slice meat and strain juice. Slice, butter and toast rolls. Put meat inside. You can either pour a little hot juice on the sandwiches or put the juice in small ramekins for people to dip.
