Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 1/2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup frozen sweet peas
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ............................
- Drop Biscuits made with Bisquick
Preparation
Step 1
Cook vegetables until tender, mix 2 cups chicken broth and cream of chicken soup into the vegetables. Add chicken; pour into pan.
Prepare biscuits and drop by tablespoon on top of pot pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
