Ingredients

    cups peanut butter

  • 2

    cuts oats

  • 6

    scoops chocolate protein

  • 1

    cup raisins

  • ½

    cut water

  • ¼

    cup sugar

Directions

Put PB and water in large bowl and microwave 1/5 mins until smooth. add protein, oats, raisins, sugar. add water as necessary until thick but pliable.
