Ingredients
- 1 c chicken broth
- 5 peeled cloves garlic
- 1 lb trimmed green beans
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet, bring broth and garlic to a simmer. Add beans and thyme, cover and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and serve with lemon slices.
