Ingredients
- 4 tbs softened butter
- 2 tbs dijon mustard
- 2 tbs mayo
- cibatta rolls
- 8 8 slices swiss cheese
- 4 oz pork roast thinly sliced
- 2 oz ham slices
- 2 dill pickles thinly sliced
- salt
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Spread 2 tbs butter, mustard and mayo on inside of bread. Top with cheese and layer meat and pickles. Season with salt and pepper. Melt remaining butter in pan over med heat. Add sandwiches and top with heavy skillet and cook until cheese is melted and bread is golden. Flip and cook other side.
