Jack's Fried Chicken

Jack takes a crack at some fried chicken. Yum.

Ingredients

  • 1 fryer chicken, cut into 8 pieces
  • 2 cups low fat buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Flour, for dredging

Preparation

Step 1

Soak chicken for 12-24 hours in buttermilk.
Put chicken on plate and season generously
roll in the flour. Deep fry 10-14 min at 325 degrees
