Ingredients
- 1 Salmon Filet
- 1 T. Safflower Oil or any high heat oil
- 2 T. Brown Sugar
- 1 T. Soy Sauce
- Garlic Powder
- Lemon Pepper
- Ground Ginger
- Salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425, preheat cedar plank which has been soaking in water (use something heavy to keep the entire plank under water) preferably 24 hours) for 15 minutes. In the meantime sprinkle filet with lemon pepper, garlic powder, salt, and ginger. Combine the other ingredients and spread on filet. Place filet on plank and bake 15-20 min. May place aluminum foil under plank in case of juices spilling over.
